Jay Vincent keeps talking about how the state attorney of Michigan and Florida knows of him; but he's company does not even appears in the bureau of corporations????????
Go figures; He just makes threats just like a guilty kid. I guess he's attorney does not advice him well...
Just because something is legal does not makes it ethical. Shame on you Jay; Madoff would be proud of you.
