Lorena from the cnc finance office of JD Byrider in Houston Texas has taken it upon herself on 3 different occasions to charge my debit card without my consent when she can reach me by phone! My card should not be held on file nor have i ever agreed to or signed up for any type of auto pay! When confronted she states she has permission form "someone ". When asked to produce the recorded call that proves she gained consent she always has an excuse or stated she doesn’t have access. I am currently seeking legal action against this company
