JES Auto Transport John Stelma Damaged my car, promised to pay, then disappeared off the face of the earth Glenmore, Pennsylvania

Paid $5900 for this company to move 2 cars across the country. The cars arrived on time, but the bumper of one was badly scratched (large obviously fresh paint flakes hanging off) and slightly dented. JES's owner, John Stelma, promised to pay for damages and requested emailed pics, which were provided. JES then stopped replying to emails, snail mail, and phone calls, disappearing off the face of the earth (AVOID JES AUTO TRANSPORT!) AA Auto Home Movers, the broker that led to JES, was notified and did not take responsibility for their subcontractor--they too should have provided prompt reimbursement.
