*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Collision Repair Work - Not a Rip off!
Whatever you do don't take your vehicle to Jims Service Center for repair on collission! They take your insurance money and only replace some of the parts included in the insurance claim. Work barely satisfactory and then there is even Cobb jobs included. You also get a work order reciept with no prices of parts or labor broke down for the completed Cobb job. RIP OFF!!!!

Collision Repair Work - Not a Rip off!

When an insurance claim comes in, the adjuster from your insurance company provides us a list of the parts needed/approved for the repair to be covered under that claim. The quote is then reviewed with the customer and at that time, the customer has the choice what repair is ACTUALLY done on that vehicle. Once the customer approves the work order, the work is then done on the vehicle. After the vehicle is complete, a certificate of repair is sent to the insurance company notifying them of the work that was done.
IF this claim had been valid, it could have been proved by comparing the work order with the certificate of repair. The work order breaks apart all the parts, the cost of the parts, and the labor amount that it is going to take to complete the work. In this situation only the work was done that the customer approved.
