Joey Proper is a rip off artist. He is not an appliance repair person and is simply a con man. He has no skills or certifications. He will take your money and not do any repair work. I have reported him to BBB, Attorney General, and Chamber of Commerce. BEWARE.

Plano Police are also aware but haven't caught him.
