I hired Johnny Guillen to build concrete patio, he started the work of removing the rocks , did all the framing and broke the concrete steps to go out in backyard . He said we are ready to pour and i would need the money to buy the wire mesh , iron bars etc. I gave him half the money and he did bring al lthe wire mesh , iron bars etc. He then asked for rest of the money to order concrete to pour . I gave him rest of the money and after that he did not show up. He has been stalling me for months with excuses like his father died , then he went to mexico , then it's winter time and its too cold for concrete . It has been 9 months now and he keeps stalling that i will order the concrete next week and never finished the job. I have 2 kids who want to enjoy the backyard but there is so much dangerous stuff lying like nails, hammer, iron bars etc. 

Johnny Guillen gave me a timeline of one week to finish the project but it's been 9 months , neither he is returning the money , nor he is finishing the project. I don't have enough money left to hire somone else and finish the project. Please help me. My Kids cannot go out on the backyard as there are nails , wire mesh and iron bars lying around.
