I live in a suburb of Houston. This creep took money to draw plans for me and then I never heard from him again. He associates himself online with many business sites, but this guy is no business man!!!... He's a thief and a liar. He is NOT a liscensed Architect! Research him online before you EVER give him money.

Jon has worked with my husband & I to create an incredible custom home plan. The State of Texas does not require the use of a registered architect for residential homes. Jon Hillert did not hold himself out to be an architect, but his talent and knowledge were definitely apparent in the quality, detail and accuracy of his work.
I don't know what happened with JamesJen in Galveston, it sounds a bit suspect. Jon's phone number and address are easily found on the web. With a little work I was able to pull up the houses he was currently working on. I performed thorough due diligence before hiring Jon and despite the unsubstantiable "Ripoff" reports, we moved forward. And I couldn't be happier.
As a licensed TX and OR CPA, an executive of a large public company in Houston, and a former construction company owner, I whole-heartedly recommend Jon and his design work.
