HORRIBLE!  STAY AWAY.  RIP-OFF.  The owner Jay came to our home to give us an estimate and seemed pleasant.  He provided an estimate which seemed reasonable compared to others we had received but then the  nightmare began.  He initially told us that he would require 15% upfront with regular progress payments as work was completed.  When he and his crew showed up for the first day he demanded 50% as a down payment not 15%.  Feeling trapped and wanting to get the job done we gave him the deposit.  The crew worked for 1 day and never returned.  I've had to hire a lawyer, sue him in court and on and on.  Jay Gissoni is a thief!
