JUICY LIPS RVTLUSEQUINOX DNA CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ACCT WITHOUT CONSENT- 93.00,99.00,99.95,105.95 PALMDALE CALIFORNIA

 I spoke to someone on the phone and ordered trial sign to pay shipping and handling charge only. My credit card was charged the 4.95 , then on 09/16/13 it was charged 93.00 and 99.00. On 09/30/13 my credit card was charged 99.95 , then on 10/01/13 it was charged 105.95. I called to get a refund and stayed on the phone for at least one hour, the girl finally said she would credit me 50% of the last payment of 99.95. I told her I wanted a full refund and she said no. She said they would credit my acct 50.00 only. and hung up.
