To even be able to check out with this company you must agree to sign into the vip program. I had no clue I was being enrolled to a monthly billing by doing so. I noticed it on my bank statements 40 dollars a month since december.. I called asking for a refund they told me NO. You must use your credits so instead of eating it all together I done that. Then I owed another 41 dollars. I called them back and they told me to order from the discounted shoes ARE YOU KIDDING me. I wonder how many millions of customers they are getting doing this to.
