Thing to remember is that Store Warrenties are an insurance policy. Retailers sell them because the profit margin on them is very high. Unless the item is worth a lot of money, don't buy'em.

No matter what the sales person says, if it isn't in writing, it usually just fluff to get you to buy. Any promises must be in writting.

Warrenties - read them first before you buy any product. Store Warrenties read them several times so you understand what you are buying.

As for hhgreg. Never had a problem with them.
