Kathryn Tsiavos Kathryn Tsiavos Bounced a $900 check on me Nyack , New York

This report is again a complete hoax. Not only does Margo Antiques, the store this person claims exists in Pearl River, NY not exist (do a google search, the only one I can find is in Cullman, AL), but I don't think I've ever been to an antique store in my life.

I have never bought an antique lamp (I shop mostly at Target and Bed Bath and Beyond for home goods) and I'm pretty sure nothing they carry is antique.

I would also like to see the evidence of my personal check that this report claims bounced. I know that banks issue these and would have this on file.

I would welcome this evidence, and love to see this person court if he/she would like to press charges on me (not sure exactly for what), since I cannot get in contact with this person myself since I have no idea who they are.

I am guessing that this person just wanted to sully my personal reputation on the internet. I had purchased a puppy from a breeder a few months ago and posted negative reviews about my experience all over the internet (The puppy almost died due to all the medical problems she had.

I am guessing this is that "breeder" and they wanted to sully my reputation in the same way I sullied his/hers and their business for the terrible condition I received my dog in.

As for the phone call to this person, that never happened, if he/she has phone records of our phone conversation I'd love to see them too. I contacted the breeder once on a phone number that is now disconnected after my posting it on the internet for fraud and animal abuse.

Ironically 3 months is the exact time since I purchased the dog from this person. I do not live at 163 South Broadway in Nyack New York. I can be contacted at the phone number they included in their report (845) 300-2908 for any additional questions or information.
