I hired Kazoo Associates to develop a brochure for us, the brochure turned out good until we sent it to the printing company, they where unable to use her files even though we sent over a template for Kazoo to use when creating the brochure, they have since refused to fix the issue and we have had to pay another reputable company to fix there mistake, I will never use them again.
