Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
On 21 Jan 06 I ordered 18 oz. of 3 different types of vanilla extract from this company online. On 30 Jan 06 my check for $61 ($51 plus $10 S/H) cleared my bank. I never have received the items I paid for.
I e-mailed this company on 4 & 9 Feb 06, first asking when I could expect the shipment to arrive and then asking how I could get my money back. They have never responded in any way.
Their website lists no phone number nor the names of any individuals in the company. They appear to be totally fraudulent in their business practices.

I am writing to retract a complaint I made regarding KCJ Vanilla Co. of Chadds Ford, PA early last year. In time I did receive all the merchandise for which I had paid plus a free, unsolicited, bonus item. All of the merchandise was of good quality and was what I had hoped it would be.
