Sent a money order for $38.00 to purchase vanilla extract and beans on 7/8/08 online. I have contacted them by e-mail 4 times and by phone 5 times. No response to either and mailbox is full.

Finally got my order on 9/8/08. I would not recommend this Company if you are needing their product in a timely fashion. Their product seems to be satisfactory, but I'm not sure I would have the patience to do business with them.
