On 12/08/2008, I received a Notice of Judgment from the Philadelphia Municipal Court against Kenneth O. Williams as follws:
Claim No: SC-08-10-24-7066
Judgement Amount: $5,856.58
I sold Kenneth O. Williams (Social Security Number ***-**-****), a company on 01/14/2008. Mr. Williams signed a Promissary Note agreeing he would pay $5,000 for said business. To date I have yet to receive the monies that were due to me within 45 days that were agreed upon by both parties. As per the agreement, Mr. Williams also owes interest on said monies as of today's date I am owed $5,856.58.
