AUTHOR: Florida Estate Buyers - ()
SUBMITTED: Monday, August 25, 2014
We at Florida Estate Buyers take any complaint seriously. We feel that this complaint is unwarranted.
We understand that some people are new to real estate investing and they may not understand the procedures and the seriousness of turning in documents on time.
This customer failed to return the buyers agreement on two occaisions for a property that she purchased for $254 in March 2014. She also failed to maintain communication with us during this process. We have requested the documents and she has yet to return them. We can not continue to proceed with the sale until the documents are returned.
The buyer has a credit balance of $254 at this time. If the buyer returns the documents, we can continue with the closing of the property.
