This guy is a scam artist, takes money from old people in the hopes of them obtaining a mortgage and then runs off with the cash, I know of at least 3 older people (over the age of 70) that sent him a minumum of 15k and never go the loan or their money back. He almost got me until I did some due diligence on him and didn' t like what I found out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMER
