I was looking for a detective to do some research of public records for me. My wife passed away in 1996,and her mother 1995. A life insurance policy became part of the estate. I hired Mr. Sianez to find the death certificate. I was unemployed at the time, and was receiving an unemployment check.
I agreed to pay Mr. Sianez $325.00 as a retainer. He recieved the money order, and wouldn't answer his phone. I never heard from him again. God is not mocked! He will reap what he's sown !

Lets all ask Krystal if she has something to tell all of us now that has occurred in the past 48 hrs

Should we act with hateful spite ridden remarks or approach this on a mature proffesional level? Lets do this, lets ask Krystal R. to let all of us know if she has something to say regarding the aforementioned posting.
Lets ask her if she is being investigated by the Huntington Beach Police Department and search warrants for IP address confirmation and personal contact with her on two felony counts has occurred for Felony Fraud, Grand Theft and Identity theft of KMS Investigations material.
Lets see if Krystal has something she wants to tell the readers of ROR now with something that has occurred in the past 48 hours involving authorities.
Do you think she will step up to the plate and make retractions and appologies? Should ROR assume some responsibility for promoting what is now a felony matter under investigation with warrants obtained?
Or better yet lets have ROR do an investigation, contact investigating authorities and the suspect and make retractions of this fraudulent posting done by Krystal. ROR wants to be fair does it not?
We will be shocked if this gets posted by ROR and have saved a copy of the reply in the event it doesnt to share in another venue.
There is justice out there for businesses like ours that get attacked with fabricated material for readers to digest and take for factual when its nothing but factual

Kevin Sianez is a sad, desperate, criminal!
AUTHOR: Krystal - (U.S.A.)

In response to Toby's (LoL good one Kevin) rebuttal....I AM an honest college student suffering because of my previous employment with Kevin Sianez's joke of a company (now known as 4front Investigations, by the way). Since i first posted on this site, I have always identified myself. My name is Krystal xxxx and I have nothing to hide....no fake names, no fake rebuttals, no fake claims....if I were a criminal who committed theft and fraud (LoL) wouldn't it make sense for me to hide behind fake names like Mr. Sianez?? I am still battling Kevin Sianez for a bounced payroll check that he wrote me in January of this year.
So being that it has been 8 months since i was scammed, i have come to the realization that the possibility of ever getting the money that i worked for from this criminal is highly unlikely. So i have in turn decided to make sure that he never defrauds anyone else. I feel the way you all feel: upset, defrauded, and sick to my stomach that this supposed "Ex law enforcement official" can treat people in such a way. I am a young woman and not a skiled computer hacker.... I have no way of "manipulating" Kevin's company computer.
Once again, I have nothing to hide, anyone wishing to contact me regarding Kevin Sianez or his fraudulent companies (KMS Investigations, KMS Detective Agency, or 4front Investigations) may email me at ( removed by ROR) . Thank you for the individuals who have already contacted me, together we can stop this creep.

Ms. Rhoden has a big problem! She is currently under investigation for fraud and theft
AUTHOR: Tony - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, September 17, 2007
Krystal Rhoden is currently being investigation by law enforcement for Fraud and grand theft. She manipulated business computer accounts and captured passwords and personal credit card information. The matter has been forwarded to jurisdictional law enforcement who is investigating this matter for various Felonies under California Penal Code violations pertaining to Fraud and theft and computer crimes.
This poor little honest college student is not so honest. We seriously doubt ROR will post this as they would rather leave her comments uncontested as it looks better for ROR agaisnt companies they try and extort money from
Copy of this posting forwarded to legal counsel in the event ROR does not post rebutal

Kevin Sianez even rips off his own employees!!!
AUTHOR: Krystal - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, August 27, 2007
My name is Krystal and I was employed for KMS Investigations, now known as KMS Detective Agency which is still run by Kevin Sianez (despite what he may tell everyone). I was responsible for setting up the customer database, taking customer calls (and lots of complaints), typing reports, etc. Throughout my employment, the majority of my payroll checks that were written to me by Mr. Sianez bounced! I finally left there after he laid me off because he was practically going bankrupt with tons of collectors, upset clients, and other people that he owed money to continuosly calling the office.
The reason I am writing this report is because I was recently contacted by a check cashing agency that is attempting to take me and Mr. Sianez to court because of a bad check that he wrote me. I have contact Kevin and he lies by saying "That was taken care of a long time ago." And whenever i try to contact him he treats me the same way that he treats you upset people, he ignores my calls and emails. I am in the process of taking Mr. Sianez to small claims court to resolve this matter because he has failed to do so.
In addition to me resolving my issue, I would also like to help you all resolve yours. As stated before, I used to be employed for this company and know tons of valuable information that may aid you all in getting your money back. If you would like more information, you can send me an email at kmsvictims@hotmail.com. Kevin will probably send a rebuttal to this attempting to to ridicule my statements or harm my credibility. However, I am an honest woman trying to make it through college and i'm not going to let Kevin and his lies interrupt that.

This is an outright lie. KMS Investigations sold in late February of this year. And they never had an office in Orange, Ca. This is an absolute fabrication without a shred of even a possibility of truth.Who makes this junk up? If this person is telling the truth who did he talk to and where did he go to make this supposed payment if the business does not exist anymore and has not for almost 6 months now.
