Kevin Sparks also scammed me out of $6000 promising 100% return on investment 1 year later. After ignoring me for two weeks, I sent him an email threatening a lawsuit and replied admitting he had not used the money for what he claimed it was for. It was a complete scam. I have a current judgement against him with the state of Arizona and he now owes me over $15,000 in legal fees in my judgement. If someone is able to locate him, please advise. I would be happy to go file a joint police action against Kevin to put him behind bars for his crimes.
