Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I should of trusted my gut and used better judgement, but I wanted to give my son an opportunity, so I gave them the $595 fee. We took him to all the recommended photo updates and even received a call for a GAP ad and now they're gone? No phone, website is down and I want answers! I also want my money back. Its bad enough people try to scam other people, but to involve innocent child is disgusting and vile. Kids.com should do the right thing and refund us our money.

BBB is no help. The company is out of business, so they can't resolve any problems. Its time we go to the Attorney General and see if they can do something. Class Action Lawsuit! Whose with me? I want my $595 back, with interest, plus compensation for lost potential future income for my son.
