KINGTANA OUTDOOR LLC Showed up on time to repair my sprinkler system. Quoted me $300 to repair system.Doubled the quote. Sanford Florida

Three hours later job was completed and I was told I owed him $650. I questioned the original quote and he claims he told me $600. I told him I'd need an itemized receipt which he produced at $620. He was recommended by a friend so I didn't feel a written initial quote was necessary, but I was wrong.
Charged over twice the original estimate and lied about original quote.
