Kirby company/Naugatuck/ Waterbury ct They sold me a used cord at full value. When I went to the store there was no one there and all the phone numbers are disconnected.so I went to the waterbury store where at least I can get a new cord Sold me a used cord,at new price. Didn't work after a week, lies upon lies about who owned store and phone number Naugatuck, Connecticut

I went to Naugatuck Kirby for a new vacuum cord. They went in the back room and came out with a cord they called new. Charged me at full price. Ok after a week. It broke. But the store seemed closed and none of the phone numbers worked or no one answered. So after a month decided to go to a different store. Well one of the guys from the Naugatuck store came out. Said he would check the other store. He never checked. He finally admitted the store was closed. Still no cord. They said they would ship another one. Still waiting. Also, he did not know the name of the store owner. Very frustrated"...........
