This gentleman representing KJSDrafting&Design enter in to a contract with me to provide plans for my deli to file for a permit in the city of Fredericksburg Virgina I paid half as down payments like we agreed and the rest at fish product but that never materialized now I am forced to get another to finish that up hoping to resolve with more cautions.

Working with Sam was great!

I was looking for a draftsman for a house project, (inexpensive) and Found Sam on Craigslist.
Contacted him with several others. after a few quick calls question and answers decided Sam was my guy.
I was sceptical because of this web-site. I am glad I selected Sam, I have worked with many over the past 20 years.
Sam listens and makes quick changes in a reasonable time frame.
The job Sam did for me was great , he proveded a portal for reviews.
My Engineer likes his work and i have reccomended him to other builders and folks I deal with.....
Can't for the life of me figure out how someone would have a problem with Sam or his work
My favorite line: On time and under budget! (That's my experience with Sam!)
