Kleargear.com is acting irresponcible and taking things that are not theirs to take. The company is sueing a customer for complaining about their service.

It is recomended that NO business be done with this company.

You will order and they will not deliver. You complain and they sue you. For thousands of dollars; much more than you spent.

This company is decietful in practice and should be avoided.

Update on Terms of Use

They no longer have this clause in the terms of use. They must have removed it after the small "controversy."

Hilarious!!

I find it incredibly funny actualy. Its in the ToS. Which NO ONE READS!!! So once again the American Consumer has allowed themselves to be boned. Basically anyone that uses that site has the potential for the fine. Mainly because they didnt read the ToS and blanket agreed to it. So in essence, the users of that site have given the permission to sue.
