Knutsen Insurance Knutsen Insurance - terrible lack of concern for customer Astoria , Oregon

Very  verydisappointed with Knutsen Insurance. I've had policies through them for years. Safeco auto
insurance was costing me $1362.50 per year using Knutsen as broker. I checked directly with Safeco and they offered me the_exact_same_coverage for $431.20 less per year.

When I questioned Knutsen why, I was informed that they only do re quotes of the insurance policies they handle when the cost goes up, if it's going down they don't but rather wait for the customer to check what's
going on and request a new quote.

With service like this who needs a broker???

Amazingly poor customer service.
