As time has pass with the "Ripp Off" complaint filed against Kobie Kooling, Inc - Pam, still appears to be an fictitious name and complaint. Kobie Kooling, Inc continues to accept and honor checks from its honest consumers, and maintains a verifiable customer service approval rating of over 98.97%. We continue to lead the industry with the most highly trained and certified individuals in this business. We also continue to process and prosecute criminals who bounce checks. The Florida statute gives a person who made an error up to thrity days to make good on a returned check, which would include a modest fee. After the check remains unpaid for over a month, the civil penalties increase significantly and the check could be prosecuted as a criminal offense.

We forget that people who bounce checks are often repeat offenders. They take advantage of honest folks, and in this case it is no different that robbing me with a gun. The money lost is money I use to pay my bills, and my employees so to have people like "fictitious Pam" steal from me hurts all of the good people here at Kobie Kooling. Today people get away with these property crimes because our society looks on them with a sympathetic eye. Studies have shown that everyone pays for the crooked few. Prices reflect the theives and they cause every single thing in business to be more expensive. The next time you are short on cash, maybe you could ask a business person to help you with terms. But to outright steal from them is wrong and "fictitious Pam" was wrong. Kobie Kooling isn't a rip off, we just have a stern stance against criminals.

In the time that this was filed until today I have been approached to "repair my reputation". If my reputation is hurt because "fititious Pam" slandered me on this sight, so be it. This report should correctly be title "Criminal Riped Off Kobie Kooling". Companies are bound to practice within the legal guidlines, consumers are not. We have suffered because the appearance of a problem is that our name is on a rip off site. Correctly stated, we were ripped off, not "fictitious Pam".

Thank you to "fictious Pam" for keeping my law enforcement friends in a job, and the economy moving forward. Thanks for trying to ruin my reputaiton and giving me the opportunity to vent one of my pet peives, check bouncing criminals. Thanks for identifying yourself honest (not). People like you should be in jail, but thanks anyway.

The most significant point to make about this complaint is that the person complaining is an admitted criminal, bouncing a check for services rendered. The person is also lying about their name and information as supported by our company records which show NO Pamela in our records for the reported time frame.
