I ordered my items in November and keep receiving emails stating my items are in shipping however I have not received the tracking that is promised. I get odd replies to my emails that don't actually address my issues. I went to write a review on their site and all reviews need to be approved by the company before being posted so that is why is they are all 5 star. I came across this site and other people are having the same issues as me. I think I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company...feeling ripped off!
