Kristi overcharges and doesn't maintain the company's policy to satisfy the customer. When I had left her a message to inform her that I was returning the products to her, and had requested for her to stop by my home to pick them up, she ignored my request. Thus, she does NOT even follow the company's policy to either replace a product or return the money to a customer. This is a complete rip off!!

The Mary Kay company should disallow her to continue as a Consultant, because she is giving the company a bad image!
