Well he seemed to be honest I thought he was until I found out he had already rented home to a couple and kept asking for applicacion fee which I took and turns out he already had picked tenants to rent with him also house has hazardous things around it he promised he would fix but I found this site neighbor told me to look up and it's amazing how many people he has fooled I found out I was applicant # 16 imagine 40$ x 16 and he was still taking apps what a scumbag I don't have money to be throwing around he told me he'd rent to me and sup rise sup rise he lied. I'm so upset with this man he told me it's all lies I told h I'm bulls*
