laura nielson yolo county c.p.s. lies not following the indian child welfare act guidelines west sacramento, California

yolo county has moved my 4 year old son to oklahoma and placed him with his older sister which is a good thing but get thi since my last update  these things have happened on march 27,2010 my wife left and went to tulsa okla. i did not know thatshe was leaving until i returned home one day to find a note sayin " I love you but i have to do this and i will be back with our two boys now she was pregnant with our second son she apparently went there to give birth so cps would not take the baby  little did i know that her lawyer the lawyer for the caase with our other son bought her the plane ticket gave her money bought her a cell phone furnished her with the funds to get an apartment in tulsa oklahioma since that day i recieved her court records and come to find out she has some really bad charges from her past that include her losing 4 other children and those charges include 1.sexual abuse, convictesd 24 mths. probation 2. willful child cruelty convicted 2 yrs. prison3. child cruelty convicted 2 yrs. prison a referral of burning a one year old child her child on the face with hot soup that was substantiated and several neglect charges that were substantiated. i did not know of these until she had left . now my new born son she has and wont let me see him . i recieved a appeal process paper to send back to okla. dept. human services to stop them from taking our new born the charges were neglect and threat to harm .whats going on i dont know she melba favela wont call or anything and now i get restrainng papers on me from okla. and all i wanted to do is talk to her so i kept calling to much i guess and now all the court people includind the social worker Breanna Kraft her lawyer Linda Case and the social worker in okla. Emerist Mustin and my lawyer are telling me that she dont want to be with me i want her to tell me herself but no one will tell her to call me and wont give me her number. so now she is in okla.with our newborn and getting visits with our 4 year old and i am stick in calif fighting the case myself cause the judge basha of yolo county superior court is letting her do programs in okla. and i am not alloiwed to contact her even by mail but she can send mail to my sister here in calif. and call my home and hang up what is wrong with this picture . maybe there is somebody out there that can help me just call 9166172646 thank you  Arthur Maupin how can they do this?

still judge basha continues to deny me visitation with my son under coersion he says i do this to get that i know thats breaking my 14th amendment rights but what can one do? they are still breaking the iwca guidelines and still making big lies on me . if only i had some help to fill out paperwork in civil federal court for the breaking of iwca laws i have all the transcripts ready to submitt to the feds. they even went as far as going to this site and retreiving my reports and using them against me in their cosy little court room. so I hope they see this one so maybe they will be prepared for whats to come once I make them the defendents GET READY YOLO C OUNTY THE BIG HAMMER OF GRANDFATHER IS AWAITING YOU                                                                                   ahoa
