These guys are a bunch of jerks. I received letters from them regarding a car that had been repossessed over a year ago. They offered to settle their claim with me and then, after the payment had been made, said that they had never offered to make a settlement with me. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
