I filed my divorce papers on August 17, 2004. I was told that my paperwork was filed in the Peach County Clerks Office on September 2, 2004. I called today and they have no record of my divorce being filed in their office
I went by the office and they were closed up and gone...
The phone number is operating but not accepting any calls.
I can only assume that my money has disappeared with the attorney.
