LegalwebMD.com presented themselves as someone who would file a small claim for me in Dayton, Ohio. I filled out the form and gave them my CC#. They billed me the $199.00 and then several weeks later I received a legal form in the mail to sign and send back. I signed them and sent them back. I haven't heard back from them sense. I can't get a call back from their answering machine or an answer from the person listed as their contact person on their web site.
