The site does not let anyone to enter any requests as the site does not exist or is phony. Items returned and as of 8 AUGUST 2018 have not recieved any refunds, total amount fo refund should be $195.94. Any sompany that doe not give a working phone number or a good custonmer service site is total phony. may have to contact an attorney and notify the BBB in state to make complaint.
