 SHE WORKS AT CHARMING CHARLIE in lake Charles!!!!!!

 Hi i came across this link on Facebook and couldnt help but recognize this young lady. I shop at charming Charlie all of the time and I love the store. But I HAVE HAD SEVERAL BAD ENCOUNTERS WITH THIS YOUNG WOMAN! She is very rude and disrespectful and when I asked another employee her name and position I was shocked to find out she was the store manager. I have made several complaints to the corporate office but from the looks of this nothing has been done with how she treats their customers. I bought a lot of merchandise in one visit at charming Charlie once and I had a coupon I wanted to use. She proceeded to check me out and insisted that I use her coupon instead which looked like it had been printed, she told me she could split me into different transactions so I could save more money so I agreed! Who would turn that down? She said it would be 10 off each but when I started looking at my receipts when I got home I noticed I really didn't get anything off and with the tax I ended up paying more than I would have with my own coupon! Something's were scanned twice and with the back to back transactions ended up freezing my account! I went back to the store to point out that I was double charged. She said I couldn't return because of the coupons!!!! I had never been so mad in my life I felt so illiterate to have let her do that many transactions on my card. I was so angry I just walked out, I ever knew her by name I just knew she was tall and Mexican. Something needs to be done about this young woman! I still shop there but not as much and I make sure I avoid her, the company needs to look into this because I'm certain she has done this to other customers

 I can't believe I seen this on Facebook! I am so happy someone is finally exposing her because everyone else seems too afraid to! I was a sales associate at charming Charlie for alittle while and disgirl is a con artist for real I have seen her scam customers out of their money just to sell and make herself look good. She does nothing how the company wants it done and was always planning a scam! I thought she was a good boss at first but then I noticed she would start drama and talk badly about other employees around me which I felt was really weird because she is the boss. And I was shocked that she would do these things around me! It's like she didn't care if I knew or not! I have also seen her give another manager drugs. We used to work out together and she has offered them to me to. I had a lot going on in my life and I had to quit but I am not being quiet about this I thought I was the only one who this has happened to! Be careful anyone planning to work there!

 I have also had an unpleasant experience with Ligia. I am a promoter, I host events, and I am very successful. When I met Ligia she explained to me that she was the store manager at charming Charlie and she wanted me to host an event at the store in which we would both benefit from. She had no legitimate paperwork and seemed very unorganized but I overlooked it because of it being a store eventI had my models come out and everything, when we arrived she wanted us to pass out coupons and flyers for the store. We agreed but we were stopped several times by security and they told us that she had no permission to have the event and we weren't allowed to pass them out. Nothing was was planned or organized! Her employees had no idea what was going on! I put in quite a bit of money for the event and the only thing I got out of it was passing out a few flyers for my event which we were not allowed to do fully! I realized quickly that we're we're only there as her employees to benefit her! None of my money was reimbursed nor did I get the benefit of promotion for my event! She is not legitimate and I can't believe charming Charlie has someone like her respresenting them! Just wanted to add my input because this girl is not a professional and I do not recommend anyone doing business with her
