I purchased a Futura 19" monitor this past summer. I have never received the rebate. I contacted the company but no one ever calls you back. I understand that this company has an unsatisfactory business record according to the Better Business Bureau.
I highly recommend that no one purchase their products. I certainly hope I don't have any problems with the monitor I purchased because their "customer service" is non-existent!
