I won 2 pair of sterling feather earrings on their auction site. One pair broke w/in 30 minutes of wearing. The feather & ball broke off. Found the feather but the black ball, which is tiny, is still lost. The other pair had a bent feather hanging. I went to straighten & it broke off! Very cheap & flimsy. I returned them for refund. The company sent them BACK to ME. A former letter stating they'd been altered was the only other thing in the package. I called customer service & was told the warehouse had determined I had altered them myself. Rather than admit their merchandise is cheaply made, they blame the customer & accuse them of altering the item.
