Lisa has continually borrowed money from people and has never paid them back. I know of a hand full of people and businesses that have loaned her money with the belief that she will pay you back. she is a habitual liar and a cheat. stay clear of this person.

I would like to add to the coments posted. I have taken ms. murgalo to civil court and have won a judgement against her for the money she owed. I was posting this so people were aware of her behavior.

As a professional "Collection Agent" you should be aware that the FDCPA applies to 3rd party collection agencies only. That is a BUSINESS who's primary function is to collect debts. This person gave no indication they are anything more than an individual who is reporting that this person does not pay their obligations.
This woman now has the right to sue you for losses and damages that basically have no ceiling.
- Actually you might be correct but not how you think. If this is an outright fabrication the OP may have opened themselves up to a libel suit. If they tried to file suit under the FDCPA it would be thrown out of court in about 30 seconds. But on some off chance they did get a judgment under the FDCPA this person would only be entitled for up to $1,000 in Statutory Damages, in addition to any actual damages. So there is a limit to what they can sue for.

As a professional collections agent, you learn that there are certain rules you have to follow as a "lender". One of them is called 3rd party disclosure. By making this post in a public forum and putting yourself out there as a "lender", you have violated a FEDERAL law called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which protects consumers from their business being broadcast to all and sundry. This woman now has the right to sue you for losses and damages that basically have no ceiling. Think about that before you post next time. Honestly I hope she sees it and sues the pants off of you.
