Litfire Publishing Andy Mitchell Multiple charges to my credit card while providing no services Atlanta , Georgia

 A few months ago I received a solicitation from this company. They promised to do a first-class job of publishing books. They have promised all sorts of marketing services. However they keep changing the contract and charging more money without providing any service .

When I try to get my money back they refuse while still providing No finished product. I have been trying to get a refund and gone through my credit card but they are obstinate. I want to see how many other people they have scam so we can Mount a class action lawsuit.
