This same company did all the same things to my boyfriend. Unfortunately, the owners of this company have gotten away with this several times. We filed a report with the Pigeon Forge Tennessee police department. I suggest that anyone that has this problem with this company contact Detective Bean at the Pigeon Forge Police Department and file their report. He has to be stopped. He lies and steals and doesn't care what it does to a person's family. Shame on him for being this way. If anyone out there has been cheated by Load Ur Up Trucking, I suggest they take legal matters against this company. If he is shut down, he will stop messing with peoples lives. He runs his company poorly. Was there from January until May. In those 5 months, the authority was revoked once. Sat without being able to move the truck. Also, pays insurance for a few months and then it lapses. This can all be checked and verified on Safetystat.com. That is probably why you couldn't get the tags. Probably didn't have them. Lies about it all the time and makes up excuses. Just a horrible person to know or have known. A word of advice, don't get involved with this company, they are liars and cheats. You will run for free without getting paid.
