I do not know who Loan Shop Collections is. They deducted $325 from my account on March 27 and again April 10. The first time, my bank was good enough to return this. I have just reported it again to my bank. I think they will return it again but I don't know who this is. They have no phone number or contact at all so I can contact them. I have no idea how to contact them. This is very frustrating and I'm sick of them being able to just take money without authorization.
