LoanCare purchased my mortgage in 2016. I've had nothing but troubles ever since. The biggest deal for me is.... They added Wind Insurance to my escrow. I already have Wind Insurance. The state of Texas requires it. LoanCare is so stupid they may have gotten away with it if they hadn't match the dollar amount of my existing policy. They made two payments of 1,658.00. One for Hazard Ins and Wind Ins. I'm about to refinance my home. I'm willing to spend thousands on closing cost just to get out from under LoanCare. FYI.... Do a Google search on "LoanCare class action". That they did to me they have been doing to many.
