Loans 4 You Today That tried to take 30.00 from my bank account with a high ck number. I only use this account to pay bills so I only had $1.09 for a balance. I got a 35.00 NSF charge. I questioned my bank, Internet

Loans 4  You Today  tried to debit 30.00 from my checking account. Since I only use this account for bill paying, I only had a balance of 1.09.  I was charged a 35.00 NSF fee.  I had a refund credit of 70.00 since I had a negative balance the 35.00 was taken from the 70.00 refund.  My bank gave me the phone number for loans for you.  I called several time with only getting a voice mail and directed me to the website. I left a message, but got no return call. This is the second time someone has used my bank account.  The other time I had a 200.00 deposit that I did not ask for.  I was able to have that reversed.
