I went to his office and collected from him in person, initially he refused to pay but ended up going to the ATM and paying me back $800, I highly recommend anyone that has gotten cheated by Jack to do the same, DO NOT accept a refund check as those are phony, I found 15 checkbooks on his table. Appartment is on the 7th floor, do not try to ring buzzer or he will not let you in, try to get someone leaving or entering the building to let you in. This information was given to me by Mr Akiki from Mill Run Tours, a former business partner that had to collect money from him in person.

Situation:
Jack emailed me an itinerary for a flight from San Francisco to Vienna, Austria, round trip, for the dates May 21 to June 7th (see bottom of email for itinerary). He asked for payment by check so I sent him one for the amount of $771 dollars. This check was deposited by him on 04/04/2004 with HBC Bankusa. After not having received an email ticket or confirmation I called and emailed Jack several times and only received empty promises.

Since then I have not received any email confirmation of my flight or the tickets, and he will not pick up any of his phones. I had to book another ticket with another travel agency as my trip is coming up shortly. I paid $985.00 for the new ticket seeing as it is only 3 weeks from the time of purchase. From the reports below as well as my conversation with Mr. Akiki the only way to get your money back is to request it in person.

I have filed a case with the Federal Trade Commission, the FTC filing # is 4369765.
