Company advertised a magnetic charging cable for iPad and Android tablets. Placed order for 4 units and received an email that units shipped on 31Jan2017 via DHL Letter Mail. As of 16Feb still had not gotten product. Numerous attempts to get info via email unanswered. Upon researc found that West Seneca address is a storage building. Contact phone number is in Canada. No answer on phone when called. It goes right to voice mail.
