Main Sail continuously defrauds it's employees. They are very unethical and unprofessional Cleveland Ohio

What a shame that when you search for Main Sail, using a search engine, the first hit you get is this one posting from an outraged ex-employee.

I worked for Main Sail for many years. They provided me with a laptop, cell phone and paid my salary and expenses in a very timely manner.

They didn't provide a company car, business credit card or trips to the local titty bar, but that's more the nature of the business and it didn't make me think they were unprofessional.

I worked as a consultant, so I was mostly working at client sites and didn't get in the office much, but the employees I did meet were all very experienced, dedicated and professional people. I guess they may have let the others go.

I do agree with the author, you should ask lots of questions and do diligent research before taking up a position with any new employer, but if you ask around, I think you'll find that the feedback on this company is very positive indeed.

The slanderous allegations in the above dated letter titled Internet Fraud & Illegal Trade Practices on a DFAS Contract are false. Main Sail LLC is a Veteran owned, Facility Clearance, ISO 9001:2008 Certified business that has been awarded 60+ individual awards for service, including the Lockheed STAR Vendor Award. We are also part of the DHS Mentor Protg Program.

The various letters & Internet postings that slander Main Sail are made by a disgruntled former employee of Main Sail who was released from a project at the client's request. This occurred less than 1 month after being placed on the project in May, 2008. These lies and inaccuracies have been posted ever since this person's release.

Main Sail is very proud of the work we do for our clients and our reputation in our industry.

Main Sail is nothing like what this report says. Everyone at this company is a professional, I have been on several contracts with them and have no complaints.

Their business is well run by guys who have worked hard to earn government contracts, and the respect of individuals in various government fields.

Trust me, not the person who wrote this garbage, Main Sail is a class act and if you can get in with them, I say "go for it".

Whoever said this stuff about Main Sail must have screwed things up for themselves and chose to slander the company.

I've been fortunate to work for this company and these guys are top notch! They are US veterans and do a lot of work for the Gov't. Do ya think the Feds. would want a firm that is described in the posting working for them? I think not!

You won't hear any complaints from me - got paid well, expenses reimbursed on time, which is rare in this industry, and any concerns were dealt with professionally.

So, don't believe 1 person who must have messed up a great situation and feels like trashing Main Sail; you'd be lucky to get on a gig with them!
