This is a written formal complaint to express my extreme dissatisfaction on the utmost worst customer service and fraudulent business practice I have ever experienced, with the merchant: FTM-STP.COM/Mango Products. On Friday June 17, 2011, I had put an order through PayPal and it was processed, charging me $106.90 USD. It states that shipping will be between 2-4 weeks. However, it has been 4 weeks and have NOT received my package. I have also sent numerous emails trying to contact the company with NO response. It has been EXTREMELY frustrating as this sort of fraudulent business is targeting hapless consumers. Do advise as to how this all will be resolved in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
