Marcy Socher She had a ad on ebay selling a phone that she said WOULD work with the Verizon network and it did not! Ludington, Michigan

I bought a cell phone off of ebay from Marcy Socher and was not able to use do to false advertising. Her ad read, "Here I have a chocolate touch can be used with Verizon." After I received the phone I took it to three Verizon stores and was told that it was not able to be used with the Verizon network. I gave Marcy Socher numerous opportunities to try to return the phone and refund my money and she said no even though I had proof from Verizon it would not work.
