If you are a referring broker that has misrepresented the merits of your client's case WE WILL KNOW and work through the problems with the client in order to close a loan.
Some of our busness comes from a few trusted brokers, most of it is actually referred by lenders to us. It is unfortunate that many brokers calling themselves experts in the commercial finance arena refer to several other brokers (all charging fees) until finally finding someone with direct lender contact (Mariah). These brokers do not understand the time and expertise involved in actually preparing a loan for closing - they just want money.
